GET YOUR RESERVATIONS IN EARLY—SPACE IS LIMITED
Arrangements
have been made with TULSA INN SELECT for discounted room rates for our
event. The hotel is located at exit 229 off I-44, a short distance from
the Tulsa State Fairground. Included are free local calls, free cable
TV/HBO, valet service, well-lighted parking, a nice restaurant, room
service, lounge and in-house fitness center. Guests also have
free access to the YMCA fitness center. Our special rates are $60++ for up to four in a room. However, to receive these rates,
we must reserve a minimum of ten (10) rooms and all reservations MUST be
received by September 1, 2009. If we do not meet these requirements,
rates will revert to their regular rates of approximately $85 for one
to four in a room. Tulsa Inn Select also provides FREE SHUTTLE
SERVICE to and from the airport.
