Special arrangements have been made with DOUBLETREE HOTEL for 2012. Rates are $72 ++ for up to four in a room. The hotel is located on South Yale Avenue at exit 229 off I-44, a short distance from the Tulsa State Fairgrounds. The grounds and trails are lovely and the hotel a huge step up from what we have used in the past, but very close in price.

Included are free local calls, free cable TV/HBO, valet service, well-lighted parking, a nice restaurant, room service, lounge, and in-house fitness center.

A block of rooms has been reserved for September 24 - October 2, 2012. The special room rate will be available until September 6, or until the room block has been sold out, whichever comes first.
