Special arrangements have been made with DoubleTree Hotel Tulsa for 2018. Rates are $85 ++ for up to four in a room. The hotel is located on South Yale Avenue at exit 229 off I-44, a short distance from the Tulsa State Fairgrounds. The grounds and trails are lovely and the hotel a huge step up from what we have used in the past, but very close in price.

Included are free local calls, free cable TV/HBO, valet service, well-lighted parking, a nice restaurant, room service, lounge, and in-house fitness center.

A block of rooms has been reserved for September 25 – October 3, 2018. The special room rate will be available until October 3 or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first.

DoubleTree also provides FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE to and from the airport, free Internet access in the lobby, free business center and parking.
